  • What are the health benefits of your bread?

    Through the slow fermentation process of sourdough, wild yeasts and bacteria feed on the starch found in the flour. This results in a bread with a lower glycemic index compared to yeasted breads.

    Additionally, this same process increases the digestibility and absorption of nutrients of the grains which is key for many people who are experiencing higher rates of gluten sensitivity.

    We use 100% organic ingredients which limits exposure to pesticides.

  • Why do you frequently sell out?

    We are currently a small-scale bakery. We seek to limit waste and promote a sustainable business model. Thus, to ensure that every product we offer is baked fresh the day of sale, we only produce what we plan to sell at each market since we do not resell leftover bread. Consider making a preorder for pickup to guarantee your bread.

  • How do I place an order?

    Email us at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed pickup at any of our markets.

    We can also arrange local delivery for large orders over $100. Our bread freezes well so you can stock up all at once or organize to share with some friends!
